Getting more sleep?

I don't actually believe this grafik.

I am generally getting into better sleep habits as stress falls away.

Seem to be getting into a more regular pattern with longer sleep. 

Reality is that I'm probably averaging over 7 hours a night.

Really feel it!!

Since first publishing this my sleep has been up & down like a fidler's elbow. 

Next night, 6h 16, then 4h 21, 6h 24, 8h 22, 5h 14. 

Manopause?
