Girlfriend's father got her from a dog home.She'd been run over by a car and had a back problem.Asked me to look after her for a couple of daysthen sailed to the Caribbean for 2 years!Came back and asked for "his dog" back.He got rude words instead.She came everywhere with me.

She taught me to walk.Or rather she helped me in learning to walk.I'd grab her round the neck or by the scruff of the neckand she'd, slowly, walk me around.
The family hound.Sole survivor of a litter from Wendy, hence the name.It was my job to walk him for my pocket money.Meant I could sneak out for a crafty smoke- he got his legs walked off.
Perversely it made me really fit too!
My cat. Saw him in the street once, stroked him.Came home from school to find him on my bed.All the other cats (5) & the dogs were scared of him.Gave me a black eye once.
